Why intellectual property?

Among all intellectual property rights, trademark law has particularly caught my attention because of the issues and problems associated with it, which are constantly evolving in our digital age.

In a world where counterfeiting is becoming commonplace and competition is increasingly fierce, trademark law is an essential tool that gives companies a legal arsenal with which to stand out and defend themselves.

Companies sometimes underestimate and misunderstand these rights, but adopting the right reflexes and a sound knowledge of them will enable them to develop the best strategies for legally securing an image-boosting sign that can be a major profit driver for the company.

Working in trademark law offers the advantage of working with clients on a wide range of projects, both local and international, in a variety of fields. The multi-disciplinary nature of this law enables us to discover fields that are sometimes little-known and inaccessible, providing a high level of personal and cultural enrichment.
