She holds a Master&#8217;s degree in Business Law, with a focus on international and European law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She then obtained a Master&#8217;s degree in Applied Intellectual Property at Paris-Est Cr\u00e9teil University under Professor Caron, followed by an LLM in International Business Law &amp; Intellectual Property at Queen Mary University of London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining Bouchara &amp; Avocats, Louise gained experience in several law firms specialising in business law and intellectual property, as well as in the Third Chamber of the Paris Court of Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Louise joined Bouchara &amp; Avocats in 2018 and became a partner in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Louise has expertise in trademark law, copyright law, design law and unfair competition, and has a particular interest in issues related to the media, entertainment and sports industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2024, Louise has been ranked among the IP Rising Stars according to the Managing-IP ranking.
