Milena Kolev

After a first year of law studies at Paris 2 Panthéon – Assas University, Milena obtained a degree in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Greenwich in London.
Milena has gained significant experience, notably in a communications agency for lawyers as a project manager within the media department, and in a law firm in an administrative support role.
Milena joined CABINET BOUCHARA & AVOCATS in September 2018.

Why intellectual property?
They say chance does things well. Having landed in the world of intellectual property, which I knew nothing about, my interest was nonetheless immediate! This area of law, often little known and somewhat overlooked, is so important. By taking a closer interest in it, you come to understand its full scope.
It is a particularly varied field, where it is impossible to get bored. To name just a few examples, it allows you to develop global strategies for protecting IP assets, to learn about the life of a trademark and its complexities, and also to become familiar with international practices, which are sometimes quite different from our own.
In an increasingly competitive world, intellectual property represents added value for all companies and increased credibility for their activities.
Favorite artist
Milena is interested in young musical artists, particularly Ed Sheeran, a 28-year-old singer-songwriter with a great talent for musical improvisation.
Hobbies
Milena loves baking, which allows her to discover and share new sensations.
