It is often by chance that one discovers intellectual property. It is out of passion that one decides to make it one’s profession and join other enthusiasts who practice it.

This is a subject that raises a variety of questions in all areas of business law and sometimes even family law. This specialty requires a broad overview of the law in general.

Counterfeiting is generating a growing need for legal support in many sectors of activity. Social media, which has become an indispensable communication and promotional tool, is driving demand for specialized advice for businesses.

Furthermore, intellectual property offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with other practitioners around the world thanks to its international dimension.

Favorite artist

Héta’s favorite is the famous American jazz musician Dizzy Gillespie, not only for his musical genius, which is still too often overlooked, but also and above all for the man he was.

Dizzy Gillespie, along with Miles Davis and Louis Armstrong, embodies the musical revolution of the 20th century. According to her, Dizzy nevertheless stands out from the latter two thanks to his joie de vivre and humor, which shine through in his technique and playing speed, which remain unmatched to this day.
