Gérard-Gabriel Lamoureux has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1983, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. He also holds a doctorate in law.

He has expertise in both intellectual property law (trademarks, copyright, designs, patents) and economic law (unfair competition and parasite law).
He is a member of several associations, including APRAM (Association Française des Praticiens du droit des Marques et des Modèles), of which he is a former President, and GESICA, of which he is also a former President.
He has lectured at universities and business schools (HEC Paris).
